Veteran Braxton White participated in the annual Wreaths Across America event on December 17th to honor American Heroes who have served their country. Sponsoring a wreath as a part of the event and reading a poem, Braxton joined with others at St. Michael's church in Fryburg to participate in the annual tradition.
Braxton had the honor of laying a wreath over the grave of Korean War Veteran Frederick Lynam. Some cultures believe that we die twice, once when we take our last breath and once when our name is spoken for the last time. Today Braxton laid a Wreath on Fredrick Lynam's grave and spoke his name so that he and his valiant service to our country live on and so that our heroes are not forgotten.
